Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile – Albert Einstein Garlic industry icon, philanthropist, and community…
Our Community Digest is where we highlight what’s happening in the south county. We also highlight those who are making our region a better place for all!
We regularly cover events, groups and organizations within the communities of Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Martin and the surrounding area.
Our area is rich with non-profit organizations, small businesses and individuals who contribute their time, talents and treasures to help others. These entities and individuals help raise awareness for causes, and make things happen. Our Community Digest section is where you’ll find them, and where you can connect with them.
In good times, you’ll find snippets of successful events, fundraisers, and projects. In recent times, you’ll find innovation, creative solutions, and outside-the-box thinking. You’ll also find examples of persistence and courage from entities and individuals who continue to strive, and lead – even in the most difficult circumstances.
If you have something we should include in our Community Digest, contact us and let us know! We’ll do our best to include it online or in a future publication.
Contact us by completing this form or give us a call at 408-762-5597. You can also text us at 408-857-4794, or connect with us on social media and let us know about your event, cause, or person(s) we should highlight. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
