This site and the gmhTODAY publication are published by Effect Media Group, LLC, doing business as Effect Media Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of gmhtoday.com and any membership, subscription, or purchase made through it. By using this website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase a membership.
Our service
Effect Media Group, LLC publishes Gilroy Morgan Hill Today (“gmhTODAY”), a local print and digital magazine covering Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and the surrounding South County community, and offers paid membership tiers that may include print delivery, digital content, discounts at participating local businesses, and access to member events.
Memberships and billing
Some content and benefits require a paid membership. Membership pricing and included benefits are shown on our subscription page at the time of purchase and may change from time to time; if we change the price of your plan, we’ll provide notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
Paid memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a period except where required by law.
Physical membership cards
Local Insider and VIP Insider memberships include a physical membership card mailed to the address provided at signup. We are not responsible for cards lost or delayed in the mail. Contact us if your card does not arrive or needs to be replaced.
Discounts and perks
Discounts and perks are offered by independent, participating local businesses and are subject to change, availability, and each business’s own terms. We do not guarantee that any specific discount or perk will remain available, and we are not responsible for a participating business’s failure to honor a stated discount. Discounts and perks are not stackable unless specifically noted.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to violate any law, infringe on others’ rights, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
Intellectual property
